Angel Stadium, ARTIC & Platinum Triangle Transportation Guide
Use this checklist to organize the exact event, airport or rail arrival, passenger communication, vehicle capacity and post-event meeting plan before traveling to Angel Stadium.
1. Record the Event, Date and Ticketed Start
Begin with the event name, date, ticketed start time and any published gate information. An Angels game, concert or special event may use different parking, security or traffic operations. The exact event helps the reservation team check the right official guidance.
Add dinner, hospitality, client meetings or hotel stops before selecting direct transfer, round-trip or hourly service.
2. Verify Current Stadium Transportation Instructions
Review Angel Stadium's official transportation, parking and information pages shortly before service. Official directions and event operations can be updated, and vehicles must follow signs, venue staff and law-enforcement direction on the day.
Do not send guests a permanent gate or curb copied from an old trip. A private chauffeur plan is not permission to use a rideshare, bus, taxi or parking area unless current stadium instructions allow that vehicle there.
3. Separate Arrival Instructions From Return Instructions
The best outbound approach may not be the best post-event meeting point. Document each movement separately: where passengers board at the origin, how the vehicle approaches the stadium, and where the group reconnects after the event.
Assign one lead passenger and one reachable mobile number. Multiple guests sending different locations after the event can delay the reunion.
4. Build a Post-Event Communication Plan
The guest message should include the planned meeting area, requested pickup window, South Coast contact method and lead passenger name. Keep the message short enough to read on a phone in a crowd.
A game can run long and a concert ending can move. The plan should allow for venue exit, pedestrian flow and changing road controls instead of promising a fixed minute after the final out or encore.
5. Understand the Platinum Triangle
Anaheim's Platinum Triangle includes Angel Stadium, ARTIC, Honda Center and a growing mix of residential, dining, hotel and entertainment destinations. The area connects to I-5, SR-57 and regional streets, but major events can concentrate traffic throughout the district.
Use exact addresses for hotels, restaurants and meeting points. If Honda Center has an event the same evening, include that in the planning notes because overlapping releases can affect the broader area.
6. Decide How ARTIC Fits the Trip
ARTIC is at 2626 East Katella Avenue and serves Metrolink, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner and local connections. Metrolink's destination information identifies Anaheim–ARTIC as the nearest station for Angel Stadium and describes a walking route toward the stadium.
Confirm schedules, accessibility information and advisories directly with the operator. If the traveler continues to a hotel, restaurant, home or another city, reserve the private continuation segment and identify the exact ARTIC meeting instructions.
7. Connect Airport Arrivals to the Event
John Wayne Airport (SNA), LAX, Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Ontario International Airport (ONT) can all feed an Anaheim itinerary. Compare the actual flight, terminal, baggage needs, party size and event schedule rather than choosing from a generic travel-time estimate.
8. Match the Vehicle to People, Belongings and Access
South Coast can plan sedans, three matching blacked-out 2026 Cadillac Escalade ESVs, a 30-passenger Grech mini bus, a 56-passenger motor coach or coordinated vehicles when availability and the itinerary support the assignment.
Count luggage, mobility equipment and approved event items as well as passengers. A larger vehicle can require different access or staging, so do not distribute the final guest instructions until the vehicle plan is confirmed.
9. Include Accessibility, Bag and Security Checks
Tell South Coast about mobility equipment, assistance needs and the passenger's preferred communication method before service. Review Angel Stadium's current accessibility, bag and screening information directly with the venue because policies can change.
Private transportation does not bypass ticketing, security screening or stadium rules.
10. Choose the Right Reservation Structure
The complete itinerary determines the service structure. Event type alone does not.
11. Prepare the Written Quote Request
A useful quote reflects the actual movement. Generic pricing cannot account for event traffic, vehicle capacity, planned stops, wait time and return instructions.

12. Send One Day-of Message to the Group
Send the pickup window, meeting area, destination, lead passenger and South Coast contact method in one message. Update that message if current stadium instructions require a change, and ask guests to keep their phones available after the event.
