Provide the airline and flight number with the reservation. Current flight information helps dispatch coordinate the arrival schedule if the flight changes. Pickup or requested meet-and-greet instructions are confirmed for the reservation according to the applicable airport procedure, so travelers know what to do after collecting luggage.

International arrivals may require additional time for passport control, baggage and customs. Share the full flight details and a working passenger mobile number. For a private aviation arrival, provide the operator, facility, aircraft details and passenger information so access and the meeting plan can be reviewed in advance.
