OC Fair, Concert and Year-Round Event Transportation
OC Fair & Event Center hosts fairs, concerts, festivals, meetings, trade shows, cultural events and private gatherings at 88 Fair Drive in Costa Mesa. South Coast can arrange transportation from Orange County homes, hotels, restaurants, offices, airports and private aviation facilities.
Choose a direct transfer, round trip or hourly chauffeur service when the itinerary includes dinner, hospitality, shopping or several stops. The return plan is documented before arrival so guests have one meeting instruction and one South Coast contact.
Pacific Amphitheatre Concert Transportation
Pacific Amphitheatre's official guidance distinguishes concerts held during the OC Fair from concerts before or after the Fair. During the Fair, guests enter through available Fair gates and proceed toward the amphitheatre. Outside the Fair, venue signage and staff direct guests to the appropriate entrance.
Chauffeured transportation must follow current traffic controls and staff direction. South Coast does not promise a permanent gate, curb or staging position because the correct approach can depend on the event, crowd and vehicle.
Pickup and Drop-Off Planning
OC Fair & Event Center currently identifies Gate 1 off Fair Drive for ride-hailing pickup and drop-off. That published rideshare instruction does not automatically authorize every private car, SUV, limousine, mini bus or motor coach to use the same area.
South Coast checks the current event information and plans the confirmed vehicle accordingly. Guests should follow the written meeting plan and any day-of instruction from venue staff or traffic officers.
John Wayne Airport and Regional Airport Transportation
Transportation can be arranged from John Wayne Airport (SNA), LAX, Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Ontario International Airport (ONT). Planning uses the actual flight, terminal, baggage needs, passenger count, event time and hotel destination.
Event-day arrivals need room for baggage claim, ground traffic and venue entry. A private reservation cannot remove airline delays, road restrictions or event screening.
Private Aviation, Executives and Hosted Guests
Executives, performers, sponsors and hosted guests can arrange transportation from authorized pickup areas at ACI Jet or Clay Lacy Aviation at John Wayne Airport and other Southern California private aviation facilities. Aircraft-side access is subject to the FBO's security approval and is never assumed.
Hourly service can connect the FBO, Costa Mesa hotel, South Coast Plaza, dinner, the fairgrounds and the final destination under one reservation.
Hotels, Dining and South Coast Plaza Itineraries
Costa Mesa visitors often combine an event with a hotel near South Coast Plaza, dinner or a performance elsewhere in the city. Provide every stop and reservation time so the quote reflects the complete evening instead of disconnected rides.
Hourly service may fit an itinerary with shopping, dinner and a concert better than separate transfers, particularly when the event ending is uncertain.
Three Matching 2026 Escalades and Group Vehicles
South Coast's three matching blacked-out 2026 Cadillac Escalade ESVs can support executives, performers, families and coordinated VIP movements. For larger groups, a 30-passenger Grech mini bus or 56-passenger motor coach can be planned when availability and current venue access support the assignment.
Vehicle selection must include baggage, mobility equipment, event materials and other belongings—not only passenger seats. Larger vehicles may use different access or staging arrangements.
Corporate Events, Trade Shows and Private Groups
The fairgrounds also hosts meetings, parties, cultural festivals, trade shows, fundraising events and corporate gatherings. South Coast can coordinate airport arrivals, hotel movements, executive vehicles and larger group transportation around the organizer's agenda.
Each movement should identify the passenger group, vehicle, pickup location, requested window and reachable contact. Multiple vehicles can be organized when one vehicle does not fit the schedule or group.

South Coast does not publish a generic OC Fair or concert teaser rate. The written quote reflects the pickup location, date, event, passenger count, vehicle, requested service window, planned stops, waiting requirements and return destination.
Send the event name, ticketed start time, pickup address, passenger count, belongings and whether you want a direct transfer, round trip or hourly service.

Can the chauffeur wait inside the fairgrounds?
Do not assume it. Waiting and staging depend on the reservation, vehicle, event rules and current operations. The confirmed plan explains how the return movement will work.
Can we attend the Fair before a Pacific Amphitheatre concert?
Build that into the itinerary and check the current ticket and admission terms with the event organizer. South Coast plans transportation but does not sell or guarantee event admission.
Can several vehicles serve one group?
Yes, subject to availability. Each vehicle should have an assigned passenger group and reachable lead contact.
What should guests check before departure?
Review current admission, parking, transportation, gate, bag and security guidance; confirm the South Coast meeting instructions; and keep the lead passenger's phone available.
